Favorite Disney character / movie?
My favorite Disney movie is the Aristocats (bit of a throwback I know)! Toulouse (the orange kitten) is a delight.
Favorite vegetable and how you like to prepare it?
I love cabbage, specifically pickled cabbage. Stuffed cabbage is a Hungarian dish we make for special occasions and is a unanimous crowd-pleaser in my family.
Favorite Houston celebrity?
Lauren Anderson (former principal dancer for Houston Ballet) used to perform in the Nutcracker each winter and we saw her many times during my sons' childhood years. She played a huge part in many unforgettable memories for myself and my family.
Favorite Houston restaurant and go-to order?
Eunice in the Greenway Plaza area has quickly become our go-to for weekend brunches. Love just about everything that we've tried from the menu, especially the shrimp etouffee and the beet salad.
