Q & A with Dr. Pamela Carmain

Favorite Disney movie?
It's a tie between Toy Story, A Bug's Life, and Lilo and Stitch--I've watched them all maybe a million times with my children.

Favorite veggie?
My new favorite is cauliflower in cheese sauce, as prepared by Dr. Kisch.

Favorite Houston celebrity?
I'm a huge fan of Mattress Mac. I admire his desire to give back to our community, especially in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey.

Favorite restaurant?
If it's dine-in, it has to be Carrabba's. I love their warm, inviting atmosphere and comfort food. If it's take-out, I usually go to El Rey.
